Hooray, stir fry for breakfast!
I used rice from my pressure cook grain
BB and the eggs from the fry an egg BB.
I peeled and chopped some garlic, ginger, onions, and carrots.
I cooked all of this down in my
cast iron pan.
I tossed in the egg then rice.
I added coconut aminos, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, and a lot of salt.
This came out to roughly 4 cups, definitely
enough for 2 breakfasts
