Here’s a stir fry I made the other day. The ingredients were steak, bell peppers, half of an onion, leftover peas and carrots, basil, and salt. All fried in bacon grease.

Note: oh no, Jesse! I cannot certify this bb, since the meat in your first picture is still in the plastic. You did everything else right. So sorry! I know that there are few ways to store meat without plastic. Next time you attempt this bb, just remove the meat before snapping the shot.

Hooray, stir fry for breakfast!

I used rice from my pressure cook grain BB and the eggs from the fry an egg BB.
I peeled and chopped some garlic, ginger, onions, and carrots.
I cooked all of this down in my cast iron pan.
I tossed in the egg then rice.
I added coconut aminos, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, and a lot of salt.

This came out to roughly 4 cups, definitely enough for 2 breakfasts

The real recipe is "cream of leftovers" plus whatever fresh veggies I have in garden.  The specific ingredients of the finished dish shown are:

1.  Leftover lentils quinoa and rice ...I soak lentils overnight and cook those 3 items together with pink salt.

2.  Sweet corn ...boiled separately and cut of cob.

3.  Garlic and mushrooms which I chop and Sautee separately in safflower oil

4.  Fresh Cilantro.

5.  1 egg

6.  Maple syrup ...or sweet n sour sauce ...or soy sauce with honey ...or etc.

Once I have items 1 to 3 prepared, I fry it in more safflower oil until the rice starts browning.  Then I add the fresh greens and then the egg.  It's all good with many different sauces, but maple syrup is one of my faves to top it with.

In this finished picture, that stir fry is with split peas and carrots instead of lentils and corn.  You have to cook the split peas longer tho.  The lentils are easier cause they cook with the rice in same time.

Making breakfast burritos with whatever is in my fridge/pantry.

Stir fry:
-Leftover salmon from fish tacos last night
-Red potatoes
-Carrot
-Broccoli
-Sprouts
-Eggs
-Cooked in ghee, olive oil, and bacon grease
-Seasoned with salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, and balsamic vinegar

Toppings:
-Kefir sour cream
-Raw milk white cheddar cheese
-Sprouts (mustard, alfalfa, broccoli, radish mix)
-Hot sauce
-Sauerkraut

So the burritos were delicious, the most out of place flavor/texture was actually the broccoli. I'm thinking zucchini would be good next time but I don't have any right now. The cheese is the most essential piece for tying together all the other flavors. Black beans would also be good but I already made way too much food. Again.
