This was the first time I have done a wood construction project this big, it was very satisfying work. Now our deck is not in danger of rotting for several more years!

Here is my submission for laying sticks for decking.
I used 10 2x8s on my 10‘ x 6‘ deck.
To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
- Use wood screws and pilot holes
- no treated wood
To document your completion of the BB, provide the following:
- Photo of the deck before the boards were installed
- photo of a pilot hole with a screw laying next to it
- Photo of the deck after the 10 boards were installed.
Clarifications:
- Thermally treated wood is acceptable
