For this BB, I used the Almond Flour pizza crust linked in the first post: https://comfybelly.com/2010/08/cheese-bread-and-pie-crust/

Made pizza for dinner tonight. My staple recipe for the dough is from Pioneer Woman. https://www.thepioneerwoman.com/food-cooking/recipes/a11366/my-favorite-pizza/

I usually use my Kitchen Aid to mix it but I forgot and just used a regular old Pyrex bowl and wooden spoon and my hands. It became a workout.

This recipe calls for letting the dough rise for 1-2 hours. I did about an hour and 15 minutes. We just made regular cheese pizzas, but I added some sliced provolone to the grownup pizza.

The provolone is delicious.

Bake a Pizza
https://www.cup4cup.com/recipes/thin-crust-pizza/
I followed the recipe, except I used a hand mixer instead of a stand mixer. I also did not use plastic wrap as the recipe suggests, instead I flattened it with a rolling pin.
Toppings used were pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and genovese basil from the garden.
This was very yummy!

Clarifications:
- All food prep and preservation BBs strictly prohibit plastic, teflon or aluminum touching the food at any point<<

So, if my oregano comes in a plastic container or the cheese comes in plastic packaging, that's a no-go?  Not sure where I would buy bulk spices or waxed cheese around here...
