This runs on Rocket Combustion Technology. Once the fire takes off there isn't any noteworthy smoke for the duration of the burn. All that smoke combusts to increase the heat in the oven.
I would definitely like to see PDF plans, especially with a few variations [smaller models, one with the sunken burn tunnel like Erica mentions on one of the videos in the other Rocket Oven thread, possibly one that is heavily loaded with mass for the purpose of being a hyper efficient form of the traditional pizza oven for a community, or a family that likes to do massive cooking once a month and freeze meals in advance, or for Pizza first, then bread/pie/etc followed at the end with a slow roast or stock pot.
