I washed a load of clothes outside in a 3 gallon bucket and another for rinsing. My detergent was super washing soda water from my hose and elbow grease.
2 pair jeans, 2 tank tops, 2 sweatshirts, 1 flanel, 1 tshirt and 2 pillow cases.

"The winter will ask what we did all summer" - Henry David Thoreau
There are two items "missing" from the folded piles because i wanted to dress both me and baby with some warm wool. Balancing this lack: even though I only washed one sock by hand, there are two lilac socks in the last picture! This is because the other sock had being waiting for months to find back its old companion which had been missed under couch. Now they found their place together again and thy can share their different washing adventures.
I washed 4 shirts, 1 pair of shorts, 14 underroos and 2 pair of pants. I washed in two separate loads. The mop bucket was great for wringing underwear and thin shirts, didn't work for the shorts though. The other pants I washed in the shower with me.
Today I did a load of laundry by hand in the bathtub. I washed a pair of jeans, a pair of shorts, six T-shirts, three long sleeve shirts, three pairs of socks, three boxers, and a bandanna. Sorry for the blurry washing picture.
