Better Wood Heat: DIY Rocket Mass Heater Videos kickstarter

Daniel and I are currently editing away. We are recording voiceover stuff and what we call "lawn chair time" (where I sit in a chair and "bla bla bla").

We are including some footage from the recent rmh event.

We are currently thinking (as mentioned earlier) that we might have these ready about december 15 or so.

In december we hope to have an 8-DVD set available and a 4-DVD set available.

Currently we have a four DVD set that is:

fire science
sneaky heat
boom squish
hot rocket

In december we hope to have an eight DVD set that is:

cob style rocket mass heater
pebble style rocket mass heater
rocket mass heater shippable cores
rocket mass heater innovators event
fire science
sneaky heat
boom squish
hot rocket

And we will also be selling a new 4-DVD set that has

cob style rocket mass heater
pebble style rocket mass heater
rocket mass heater shippable cores
rocket mass heater innovators event

And we will be selling a single DVD: cob style rocket mass heater

I can't wait to see these new DVD's. It'll be especially cool to see what my donation dollars have helped bring to the world. This was the first time I supported a Kickstarter and am proud that it was for such a great cause. Thanks in advance.

high Cassie, i was wondering when the actual discs will be ready? ...i contributed $90.00 to the kickstarter speciffically so i could have actual discs so i'd have all the videos in hand, in case i find myself without internet or even a pc.

anyway, i thought the discs would be ready in Oct so i've been anxiously awaiting news that they were ready and being prepared for shipment to all who contributed to that level.

thanks in advance for any help you can give.

thanks for the help and yeah, when i click on the link it doesn't work for me but when i right click it i can open it in a new tab so i'm thinking my problem is Windows 10 related or more likely my ignorance to this new operating system, ...man, i want to make the jump to Linux, lol.

anyway, thanks again for the help and i'll just try to be patient, i've got all the downloadable 'candy' already so it's only the disc's i lack, ...it'll be awesome to get them for Christmas!

So if I'm understanding correctly the digital copies are now available but physical discs awaiting release?
Am I correct to assume that the 8-disc set will be available via link in original post?

No. The digital copies are not available yet. Nor are the physical discs. The link I posted above is to the micro-documentary, which was part of one of the rewards for the kickstarter.

Once the 8-disc set is available for purchase, (i'm not 100% sure when this will be, sometime after the dvds are sent to the kickstarter backers) there will be a link in the original post, yes.

The dvds have not yet been released. Last I heard, they were close to ready and should be available by about the end of December - they were hoping for mid-December, but that seems unlikely now.

You will be contacted by e-mail from Kickstarter when your downloads are available.

No, the DVDs are not available at all yet.. Please read this thread in it's entirety before inquiring about anything else. It is possible that all your questions have already been answered within it.

Hey, posting here because attempts to email the Kickstarter, tweet thru Twitter and reply to world domination daily-ish emails all ignored.

I supported the kickstarter and supplied my address in early December. No DVDs have arrived. It's almost Feb. Any idea when they might finally be ready? Project on hold since fall waiting to build my RMH. Would like the DVDs please.

So it has been 4 weeks since the last "we're still editing" comment. Another update please? Anxious to get my DVDs expected Paul would have them done by now.

Any chance we can get the original 4 dvds soon and the 4 new ones as soon as they are done?
