Dinner for ten!  I giggled at this requirement because I have seven kids, so feeding them was a day to day thing.  They are grown now and only some live close, but they do bring home their spouses, children and friends.

I fed them pizza and root beer.

I prepared a vegan chili (with avocado, radish, and cabbage toppers) and a vegan sourdough cornbread.  I served 8 people, not including myself. I nearly had to yell at my husband to not clean anything... that was a first! hah!

cornbread recipe: https://homesteadandchill.com/sourdough-cornbread/ except I added corn kernels
chili recipe: I always wing it based on what ingredients I have on hand but this time I started from dry beans from the farmers market that I soaked for 4 days prior to the meal. My secret ingredient is a little bit of distilled vinegar.

We had friends over for lunch. I made sourdough bread and we had elk roast sandwiches with finger food veggies and potato wedges. Yum! 2 families: 12 people. Lots of cleanup.

Hosted a birthday dinner get together for my dearest friend, Sonya. I cooked corned beef with carrots, cabbage and potatoes in the instant pot. Fettuccine noodles and lentil noodles with Alfredo sauce. Spinach and mushroom wilted salad.
My cookware is ceramic coated and stainless steel.
We started out with 9 people including myself and people came after they got off work to bring it up to 11 total.

To document this Badge Bit:
- post a list of all the foods you are serving, and say how many people you served
- a picture of the food being prepared
- a picture of the 8 people eating your food! (we assume you are person #9 behind the camera)
- a picture of the dishes being cleaned up
- a picture of a clean kitchen and dining area

I hosted brunch at my house for 8 people. They were okay with me taking photos as long as I didn't get eating shots and promised to cover up their faces.
Food that I prepared and served: Spinach and tomato frittata, lemon balm bread, and fruit salad with honey lemon glaze. Everything was cooked or prepared in glass dishes.

If interested, I posted the recipe for the lemon balm bread on my Nikki Aims to Grow 100,000 Calories thread.
