After spending the chilly AM moving snow and trying not to end up in a snow drift with a vehicle... it was on to the HAH. A good chance to break out some kitchen kit that no one here has used yet.

This was one of the best krackers made here at an event but it needed a better edge.

I bevel the angular blade, took the dings out and gave this mild steel a little bit nicer edge.
