Everybody at $100 and up also gets an audiobook.

You are welcome to give your ebooks to anybody you like.

Alright I'm uping, those are some extra tasty treats at the $200 level. The normal cost and travel constraints of a PDC has always been out of my reach so this footage is pretty thrilling!

Question: will I be able to watch the PDC stream as many times as I want? I can't imagine absorbing it all the first time through.

I'm not Paul, but I'm 95% certain that you can watch it over and over as many times as you like--you just can't download it. It's rather like watching a youtube video--it buffers ahead (so, if you have slow internet, you can can pause it and let it load before hitting play again, rather than it annoyingly stopping every few seconds like in some streaming services), and you can skip forward and backward and rewatch parts, and any time you go to the PDC video thread while logged in you should be able to access the video to watch it again.

With the PDC tickets up for grabs and the ATC tickets about to activate I could see some pledges really shoot up during these last 9 hours.  Yikes....just 9 hours left!

Less than 10 hours left!

I am wondering tho, for someone keen on dominating the world, its strange to see soo many American only stretch goals. The majority of the 'world' lays beyond America's borders ya know... (this is actually making me a bit sad and disappointed)

Anyway my wife has given me some assurance; at 100usd she would kill me as you all know already but she promised that at 200 I'm in double trouble but she would only kill me once. So now I'm doubting to raise to 200 its looking more tempting now .
But at the other side if i raise to 200 I'm also raising it to stretch goals that are useless to nearly all non-Americans like me. And i would feel like I'm rewarding non-positive behavior...

To ALL PERMIES HERE!   ONLY 8hrs to go!!
We are all sooooo close to the super sweeeet deal for the 145K stretch goal, the 32 videos from eat your dirt summit.

Folks under 100, this is your chance to invest 100 and get 500$$ plus plus in return, where do you see this ever? Only here! This does not exist in the real world 500++% return on Investment (perhaps in illegal stuff only).

Now to all supporters at the 100+ level:
Folks… lets get together and throw in 20 bucks more each, just 20$ extra investment we all get 87$ extra return from these videos!

Now.. For you folks under 100$ … if just few of you upgrade to 100 we all get not 500% ROI but I’d guess 800% ROI and we would even be enjoying the Sepp Holzer movie.. Is possible!!!

I’m going now for extra 20$ please come Join!!!

gRRR... I wanted to attach screenshot of my updated pledge to 120 to prove I'm serious but dont know how to attach image.. asks for a URL ...

Like this if you joined me into my devious plot!

Please bump!  Bumpitty bump bump!

Yes.  You are welcome to watch it over and over for many years.

And for those that have a poor internet connection, you can upgrade to a download version.  Take a jump drive to the library or some place with speedy internet.

I don't  think trips to Wheaton Labs are American only but the Retirement book sure is.
As a Canadian I can understand feeling a tiny bit left out.
But I accept that some stretch goals will not appeal to everyone. I upgraded from 25 to 100 when the bonuses outweighed the $75usd increase. And did they ever!
Also, bonused to the Lab keep more money in projects that I want to see documented there. It could be the main reason about 1000 of us support all his kickstarters in the first 48 hours.

More than half of the money coming in right now is from people raising their backer level.

Maybe that should have been a stretch goal:   put a bunch of money into the reverse biologicial kickstarter stuff - asking for more pics and video of the lab.

Two days ago I was telling fred that the kickstarter wasn't going to bring in enough money so we could get a well up at the lab - because the kickstarter would have to get to something like $150,000.  And this morning .... based on all the activity yesterday?  It's possible .... !

This is about to go out in the update:

It looks like six additional people will be coming to our PDC and ATC this year!

In a few hours, we will post an update with a link to a google survey.  Only follow the link if you want to do any of the following:

  - come to the PDC
  - come to the ATC
  - come to the signing party

We do not yet have a date for the signing party, so that will all get sorted out later.   But we do have dates for the PDC and ATC and they are coming soon.  That means people will have to make life plans and possibly purchase airfare.  So we want to get that sorted out as quickly as possible.

That's great news. I can't imagine how you make money after paying for all the bonuses. Must be a sweet deal maker.
When the dust settles might be time for a debriefing podcast, if people what to hear about those details.

Eat Your Dirt is next!

But only five hours to go.

I'm taped out moneywise, but I'm spreading the word among my circle.  Problem is, the people who need the book the most are the most reluctant.

Damn, and the price of the book is going to be much higher after the Kickstarter.

The solution is Christmas!  Spend my Christmas fund on buying books for the reluctant in my life while the books are still freakishly cheap during the Kickstarter.  Now I see it, what a fantastic solution!  NO CHIRSMAS SHOPPING STRESS this winter!  Thanks, Shawn and Paul!
