need a name for the group of people that will accept books and find an optimal home for those books

The idea came up when we were first talking about the rewards for the upcoming kickstarter.   At the time, the name was “give away committee”.  So this group might receive 500 books and they need to figure out the best place to send those books.  Or maybe they receive 10 books.   Or maybe 10,000 books.   Whatever the number, they need to figure out where those books might do the most good and see to it that the books get there.  

And the first step is come up with a good name for this group.

I feel like this will be a cool feature for our next kickstarter.   But it could also be a cool feature for the better world book too!

All I can think of are the people who find homes for abandoned pets.  But I can't think of what they are called.
