PI day brunch, on a Friday, during Lent, so must be meatless... I went with a spinach/artichoke/parmesan quiche! Dinner will be a similarly all cheese&veg pizza. I haven't decided on a dessert pie, yet, but will update & bring on more photos.

Howdy,
Today, I am baking a Hubbard Squash pie from Hubbard Squash I grew.  Will be attending a Pie Party, 5p.m. @ the Frog Farm, Takilma, Oregon. Will take my Dobro and maybe play and sing a little music, drink homemade wine.
PEACE,rc

Alas, I seem to have been going is circles all day, and haven't managed to make pastry, let alone pie. I guess my family will have to eat cake...

And, there will be no dessert 𝛑, because it's storming, and the high winds blew the roof off the wellhouse, and we had to go out and get it loose from the telephone pole anchor cables that ripped into it. There's more to that poop 𝛑, but... everything will be fine, I am just out of spoons, for baking, now.
