As of two hours ago, there is no rocket mass heater.  

Many of the posts now have a deadman to prevent further sinking.

Nobody is living there this winter.

We had a few people express interest, but we couldn't get it all worked out.

There is now a door and the umbrella is up.   We removed the facade to do a first rate job on the umbrella - and the facade is currently being put back on.   It will be one of the first tasks for the bootcamp when it starts up on feb 2.
