I just received $900 from Permiefan for Jen, Kyle, and Dez for hitting their respective BRKs. I just sent $300 to Jen, and will send out another $300 tomorrow to Kyle, and then Dez after that (I don't want my paypal to freak out because I sent too much money at once, haha!)

US$25 each sent to Dez and Kyle.

I'm not renewing my pledge at this time, hope to come back later and do so!

I have heard from AnonG.  His current pledge is for $1000 plus matching for $1000 more.  He will honor that for one more time, and then he will shift that to $500 plus matching for up to $500 additional.

Ok you boots. Where are the pics?  $1.00 for each pic of tools and stuff of you using them. Up to one hundred pics, when that is done then We will donate Another $100 to Paul for being Paul. This money is starting to mould in my pocket and giving me a heavy heart. I have seen pics of our used to be stuff on other pages, put them over to mine and get a dollar each pic. If this is too complicated maybe a class could be started on how to get money out of an old fart before he dies and leaves it to his neer-do-well nephew. Mr. and Mrs. Von Raderson

Perhaps the boots are simply unaware which tools you donated? If Paul has the list perhaps it can be addressed by writing something on each tool like “take my picture in use, earn a dollar!”?

Sorry, I will stop knitting hats for boots with 100 posts-with-photos as a BRK. Knitting a hat takes some time. Sending a package to Montana seems to take time too. The idea was: I knit a few hats and then put them in a package together with some other gifts. The boots will get that 'care package' before the cold season will start.
But now some of the boots I knitted hats for left Wheaton Labs ... They had their 100 posts, but then decided not to stay (for their own reasons). When my new 'care package' will arrive, they won't be there.
So this coming package with hats and more won't count as BRK. It's just a 'care package for the boots'. And I don't make new promises ...

Thank you for your time Inge. I still have my blue knitted hat. I wore it in the mornings until about July 10th. It was 8.9 C or colder every morning until then and on my head was your hand work.

Now it is August and this morning the temp I am sure is back to 8.9C or less; my head is warm again with the work of your hands.

Thank you.

Some recent conversations about bitcoin have led to some excellent stuff for the bootcamp.

First there is now $1000 from an anonymous source plus another $1000 from Vention Bartell.  So this adds $2000 to the BRK!

I'd like to modify my pledge to simply a book of boots choice (within reason), rather than $100, btc, or eth.
