I am hoping that this short GIF could be suitable as the video; if not, fair enough.
I fried my egg in butter, and cleaned out the cast iron pan by wiping it with my scrubber, and then rinsing in hot water. I then returned it to the fire to evaporate any remaining water. Plenty of seasoning on the pan!

Cleaning out the cast iron

Hello! Here's my submission for the PEB BB for cast iron skillet.
1. Video showing egg sliding around in cast iron skillet.
2. I know it's not required, but this video series was taken during a live breakfast-cooking event, so before I cleaned the pan, I also made greens. I'm including it so you understand why in the last video, there are greens bits in the pan.
3. ...And the final step: Easy pan cleanup!
Cheers! And thanks to the volunteers in advance for your nifty certification.
Cooked some bacon first, used the bacon grease to cook up some tasty eggs! One of the eggs isnt sliding because i had just flipped it, but the other slid like a dream!
Started doing all of our skillet cooking in 1 of 2 cast iron skillets. Love how easy they are to use, and clean. We save all of our bacon grease to use for cooking in, which is what the egg is cooked on.
I know my pan is well-seasoned because I inherited it from my grandmother, who used it daily, and I take good care of it. It's definitely older than me and most likely older than my mother!
I fried my egg in some bacon grease. It's a little messy around the edges because I'm bad at cracking eggs neatly, but it tasted delicious! For cleanup I just let the pan sit on the counter until cool enough to touch and wiped it out with a paper towel (which will become fire starter). Some spots looked a little dry afterwards so I put a tiny bit more oil on it, but I didn't photograph that part.
Never posted a video here before and a little annoyed that I can't just upload a .mp4 like I can the images, but hopefully this youtube link works.

I've been making 3 eggs a day for breakfast for years, love my cast iron skillet. Never once tried adding salt and pepper before introducing egg to pan. Breakfasts will never be the same :)

loved the adding salt tip for added scrubbing power to remove any stuck food bits!
In the pictures I am wiping out the dirty pan with a cleaning cloth (we don’t buy paper products except for TP) and then I am reapplying a light coat of advocado oil.
I love cooking with cast iron. This amazing pan came with my husband and I love them both! Please excuse my cooktop, it’s really old and I’ve rusted the metal top with all my canning.
