I want to wish all the permies people a Happy Thanksgiving!

And a great big "thank you" for all the free goodies.

This is such a generous offer.

Thank you, everyone, for being my "permies people".

Thanks for the gifts and have a great day at the Labs! I'm forwarding the playing cards to my children and asking them to forward to their kids. Trying to infect more young minds with the permaculture ethos.
My wife and I are thankful this year for the completion of our forever home on our 24 acre homestead, which we planted with 7000 hardwood trees in 2014.

Happy Thanksgiving, and thank you for the gifts.
I am thankful that I found this treasure trow of knowledge this year. I am especially looking forward to watching the master gardener lectures in February. I am also thankful for the people here, who has taken the time to write back on my ramblings. I have learned so much, and gotten some great advice. I wish you all the blessings of Gaia for the upcoming years.

Happy Thanksgiving to all permies and especially to US folks, and, last but not least, to the permies.com members and staff .

PS. I have heard that your chickens are thankful today that they are not turkeys ...
PSS. Sorry for the above, could not resist

Many thanks for the goodies. One more thing in our full basket of things to be thankful for. May each of us remember to be thankful for all our blessings and may you all have a wonderful day, filled with love , laughter and thankfulness for the things that truly matter.

I am thankful to be a part of this community,  thankful to have a roof over my head, thankful for good friends and family.

My mood however is another matter. Maybe it's the Santa Ana winds gusting to 55mph all day. Maybe it's partly frustration over not having a real oven to cook the turkey or candied sweet potatoes in. Maybe it's the pressures of not having the income I've become accustomed to. Or it could be none of the above.

I'll try to sleep it off in a turkey coma after pumpkin pie!

Maybe I'm not doing something correctly, but I am not seeing how this is free.  When I click a link it takes me to the page where I can purchase & when I click to purchase it takes me to the 'give me your card information' page.  :-0  I do see that others have enjoyed the content - would love to be able to watch one today on the care & feeding!  Thanks peeps & I hope your turkey day was as wonderful as ours!

I don't understand either... the email was sent to me at 11:51 PM on the 24th? It's only good on the 24th?
On the thread page it says the "*Complementary viewing ended midnight MT 11-25-22"

Someone asked me to have a look as people were having trouble acessing the stuff.

The first post says this.

***Please note this thread will self destruct.***
We will take this candy thread down sometime around 10pm to midnight, mountain time

It looks like it ended yesterday night Mountain time.

The last Thanks Giving email finished leaving our system at Nov 24, 2022 10:40am Mountain time.  I'll poke about some more but there's nothing obvious to indicate there was an error on our end.  It might be the email provider.

I know from troubles with my own email provider there can be a delay of several hours getting an email if I don't add the domain to the trusted list. The address it usually comes from is permies at permies.com

I don't know, I got the notification for this thread  right away.
It looks like I got the same freebies email twice on Thursday, once at 11:41 pm and again 10 minutes later at 51.
Oh well, not the end of the world. it's just frustrating, I have only been able to get the freebies to work once.
