For this BB, you will create an infusion of red clover blossoms. Infusion is a method of extracting desired compounds from plant material by steeping the material in hot or cold water, depending on the plant and its attributes.

Here is my submission for the Natural Medicine Aspect - Sand for Straw - Create a Red Clover Infusion BB.

I harvested Red Clover Flowers at Wheaton Labs during the PTJ 2021 and made an infusion.

To document the completion of the BB, I have provided the following:
- a picture of your red clover blossoms being harvested
- a picture of the infusion being made
- a picture of the finished infusion

I just read WomanCode by Alisa Vitti, and she recommends red clover infusion during the follicular phase of a woman's cycle. So here's my red clover infusion.

I made a nourishing red clover infusion! I don't love the taste of clovers, so I also added a teensy bit of mint.
