Breath specifically to send refreshment to the area that does not want to move.  In the prosses areas that did not shut down properly when you stopped working will come to your attention. They probably kept working at a low level retaining the waste products of your last activity.  Click on the link in my signature line and set up an appointment for continuing education for your previous training.

POST 490 (DAY 500, Wednesday, 2021.12.22)
[Morning Entry]

….. grateful for solstice.. apparently the days get longer from here on out.. I thought that means that the days get warmer too.. but I remember last year, there was a long latent cooling that lasted into April.. last year I also remember feeling less adapted to the cold outside.. maybe I have better/warmer equipment on.. thank you Remona for the silk thermals—I wears them everyday! Thank you Columbia for these hiking pants I’ve been wearing everyday since I’ve been here and nearly every single weekend for the last 7 years.. they’re showing signs of wear but no tears or holes!—what?? How’s this even possible?.. thank you Inge for the wool beanie—I wear that everyday these days too.. :)

No, after the shortest day first the temperatures will become lower. I don't know why that is. But I know it is by experience. And there's a Dutch saying about it (something like "days longer days colder")
And thank you for thanking me ;-)

Perhaps in the early winter the ground is still radiating the accumulated summer/fall heat, losing more than it gains from those shorter days? The thermal flywheel effect that PAHS and the wofati rely on for winter heating, summer cooling?

i mean, it works the same way on the other side of the year-circle. the hottest days of summer for most northern-hemisphere folks come after the solstice in june. i just picture it like the lines on the pinwheel are curved.
