I cooked 2 cups of quinoa on the stove top this evening. I realise as I post this that the photos don't show the stove - instead they show the inside of the saucepan with the grains boiling in water. I hope that is enough?
To cook quinoa, I cover the grains in water and cook with the lid off until steam pockets form. Typically I have to add some more water until the seed separates and softens, at which point it's done. It takes about 25 minutes. I seasoned with a little stock today.
