Has this project got a couple of the temperature graphing units to collect data? I'd be *really* interested in how the temperature fluctuates over the day/night cycle compared to outdoors.

if you are experiencing any dusting on your beautiful interior lime walls you can seal them with clear or tinted milk paint. fresh lime will dust less than stuff that has been sitting in a bag for a while so just put another layer on when you feel it is fading. I am watching your adventure with great interest.

The plaster work and the little cookstove look wonderful!  I want to make some tea on it!  How is it heating, and how is the place holding heat?
