Peeled a couple of trees and put them up on supports. Tried a few different tools to see what works best. I liked the wide bladed spud the best.

Here is my submission for the Woodland Care Aspect - Sand - Peel Two Live Trees BB.

I peeled a big tree at my place and a second tree at Base Camp during SkIP 2021.

To document the completion of the BB, I have provided the following:

 - Your 2 trees before they are peeled, showing they are at least 6" in diameter at the fat end and over 16 feet long
 - Your 2 trees after they are peeled and up off the ground

An ice chopper for deicing a driveway can work.  I'd say any decently large flat drawknife would do the trick too.  If you wait till spring (even on a log that's been cut down) the bark comes off really easy for a few weeks and you can do it with a screwdriver...

The two live trees I dropped for the bowsaw/chainsaw BBs were then cut to lengths for the building of a woodshed, and then those sections were peeled. The final pieces are 8-9 feet each, plus the tops which were used as junkpoles. As each tree provided 3 peeled lengths totally 24+ feet, each tree was 30+ feet tall:

Here is my resubmission for "Peel 2 live trees and put up off the ground to dry - PEP BB woodland.sand.peel"

This time I will include extra pics and circle sections indicating qualification. I'm learning if pics aren't completely obvious then sometimes helpful arrows and notes may help.

To get certified for this BB, I am posting the following pics:
- 2 trees before they are peeled, showing they are at least 6" in diameter at the fat end and over 16 feet long
- 2 trees after they are peeled and up off the ground
** note: it does not say the trees have to be placed next to eachother.
