Stir fries are usually made of the following (but you can use as many or as few ingredients as you want):
 - some type of fat Coconut Oil and Avocado Oil
 - some type of protein:  Chicken and Crab Meat (one of the kids we are feeding is a pescatarian so I cooked the things in seperate pans
 - some type of carbohydrate: Jasmine Rice and salad greens
 - some hard vegetables:  Zucchini, Carrots, green beans,  Mushrooms
 - some leafy vegetables: Cabbage and salad greens
 - some type of spices or herbs: Garlic, Salt, coconut aminos, mushroom dark soy sauce, honey, chili powder, worchestershire sauce, sesame oil
 - and maybe some type of topping: Rice, Salad Greens,

It was super yummy and absolutely filling

Here is my submission for "Cook a Stir Fry - PEP BB food.sand.stir":

I am providing a description of the following:
 - a rough recipe of what you put in your stir fry

and photos of the following:
 - a picture of you preparing some of the ingredients (or the leftovers you are using)
 - a picture of your ingredients in the pan
 - a picture of your finished stir fry!
 
Recipe:
a little cumin seed
olive oil
1/4 large cabbage, shredded
a little cabbage salted and pounded as if for sauerkraut but not fermented
12 oz crimini mushrooms, sliced
1 star anise pod
I roasted the cumin briefly in a cast iron frying pan, then removed and set to the side. I heated the olive oil and added the mushrooms, stirring them until they softened. Then I added the cabbage, roasted cumin, and star anise, stirred until the cabbage softened, then covered the pan, reduced the heat to low and cooked for five minutes.

This was a "see what we have and throw it in" stir fry. Here is what I put in:
Onion
Pepper
Celery
Mushrooms
Carrots
Peas
Beets
Beef Sausage
Garlic
Ginger
Soy sauce
Sesame Oil
Hoisin Sauce

It turned out very colorful! Though next time I will let the beets cook a little longer.

I cooked my rice with coconut milk and threw in fresh spinach and beet greens from my garden. I also cooked frozen carrots with a handful of sugar snap peas, also from my garden. I then cooked the chicken, cut up, in butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, & brown sugar. When all was done, I mixed it all together in my big white bowl. Delish!

I'm personally not a fan of bitter melon...

But the one time I found it tollerable, it was like this:

Slice the bitter melon thin, and blanch it in salty water.
Put sesame oil in a wok or similar pan and heat it until it smokes. Add fresh peas in the pod, the white parts of negi/ welsh onion cut on a bias, and the drained bitter melon. Cook on high tossing frequently until partly cooked. Add some miso stirred in water or dashi to taste, and a splash of hon-mirin (very sweet rice wine, used as a subtle sweetener, don't confuse it with aji-mirin, which is very different). When the liquid has become a sauce, then serve.

Serve with some grilled fish and white rice. (White rice is the best if it's good rice.) This is a nice simple breakfast. If you like dandelion greens, you will probably really like this.
