Completing the Humus Well on the lab (Paul's take on Sepp Holzer's Spring Terrace).  This project is about half completed and will demonstrate how to collect and store water in the form of a spring.

It would be great to get an independent analysis of The Land, especially the WOFATIS: what was the hoped for end result------- what was accomplished------what is the plan forward.

And while we’re outside, how about outdoor shower ideas!!!

How about food oils processing (i.e. sunflower)?
Maybe how to make biodiesel?

I didn't help much by clicking almost everything! Main faves are the outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower (my place needs both building in the next couple of years), and preserving /using medicinals.
