update: I re-read the requirements, and read them wrong in the first place. sorry about that. :)
Here is my large brush pile I've been building up for the last few years as large branches are collected this is where they go. 50 feet on the back side of the brush pile is where one of my gardens are located. The width of this pile is 30 or so feed wide. The pile was started from an old tree falling and I've just been adding to it.

Looks like you're missing one or two photos:
- post a picture of a location without a brush pile
- post a picture of the brush pile under construction
Slowly but surely going after the unkempt trees in our suburban lot. Happy we have a good number of them compared to many others :)
Also happy to learn that brush piles have a positive use for our garden! My spot I picked was a bit inconvenient to add brush to, but I have to keep the other inhabitants of the house and neighborhood happy so it's best kept in the back.

This was my finished picture before I realized I forgot my in progress photo....
This afternoon I made a brush pile. I chose this location because on the other side of the fence brace posts, we just replanted one of our forest garden hedgerows. Both the adjacent pasture and this wooded area are pretty open, so I want to make sure little critters have shelter.
Location before brush pile.
To help me with height, I tied a tape measure to a tree.
The branches for the pile came from several trees that had been blown down on top of the back fence.
Making progress.
Finished pile reached the 5-foot mark on the tape measure.
Tape measure still at 5 feet to measure finished width.
The tape measurer is 150 cm long. One foot equals 30.48 centimeters (cm). So 5 feet is about 152,5 cm. It's very difficult to measure such a pile exactly, I hope it's OK now.

Just down the end of the veggie patches is this wonderful pile for critters. Trying to get rid of the thicket for the crops to get more sunlight throughout the day

Several trees and shrubs needed a trim, so I collected all of the branches to make up a brush pile.It ended up being right around 5 ft tall, and 6-7 feet wide.
