Here is my submission for the Food Preparation and Preservation - Sand - Clook/Fry an Egg on Cast Iron BB.

To document the completion of the BB, I have provided the following:
  - a ten-second long video showing the egg sliding around the pan
  - pics (or video) of the pan cleanup

I fried an egg and got the video then fried two more before cleaning up and enjoying my eggs :)

I confess to procrastinating on this BB because I've never done a video before. I've also never fried an egg with my left hand! Although a little awkward, the technique is so brilliant that which hand doesn't seem to matter.
