... grateful for lightness in work.. “be your most magnificent self..” to me, means that I don’t have to try to be anyone else or compare my “style” to others’.. all I know how to be is me anyways..
... grateful for surprise outings.. as much as I love home, sometimes it’s nice to step out to a nearby restaurant and gain some contrast.. home really is nice..
... grateful for internet.. so much information available and a great way to connect.. a fellow boot sent me a link to “Japanese wood joinery” video yesterday and I’m entranced.. simultaneously wanting to get back to my mortise and tenon shelf.. we also share cat memes and pictures of Zeeks’s cuteness occasionally.. so fun..!

... Grateful for deep sleep..
... grateful for reconnecting with kind people.. D, a former customer from the automotive repair shop reaches out to me yesterday.. met some really nice people while working there.. I’m not much of a keep-in-toucher in actuality, but in my head I quite frequently keep fond memories of the people who have made an impression..
... grateful for a cold shower after a roasty hot day of 94 degrees..
