POST 219 (DAY 229, Friday, 2021.3.26)
[Morning Entry]

... yesterday we picked out our “garden patches”! .. a 10-20 foot section of a hugel/gardening area whose care is overseen by one boot.. assistance with the stewardship can come from anyone, but the duty of coordinating the watering/mulching/etcetera is facilitated by one individual.. a pretty cool idea that could very likely spring us closer to producing much of our own food..
... a dream.. I was riding around the suburb in a mini bike/scooter that some generous older gentleman had gifted me.. along the way, I hung out with my mom at the convenience store and met a nice lady at the register.. that store owner/register lady then later delivered me some puffed coconut strips to my apartment door step, where I happened to meet her chatting with my landlord.. then my neighbor came out and received the coconut snacks in my stead because I was just stopping by to pick up a thing from my home, with my lady friend who was sitting in the back.. also my bike got a flat because it’s not meant to hold two people, but it wasn’t very far, so we rode on.. there’s more, but that’s probably enough superfluous detail for anyone’s immediate morning.. the overall feeling was FUN.. and strangely very feminine.. perhaps an exciting foreshadow to my new endeavors with gardening, I surmise..

Enjoy the pics~!!!

... @Mike, thanks for the suggestions!.. I like “Holden” because its logical correlation to holding things.. I like “mother trucker” because of its emotional tickle.. I wonder if there’s a clever name that could fancy the logical and emotional side of people, kind of like “fisher price house” or “love shack”.. Jen suggested “Boxy Roxy”.. lol

Congrats on 200 posts! I got the email and sent my pledge to  your paypal account. The two links back to your pages from the email I received did not work, so here I am a few days late. Great  work!

POST 220 (DAY 230, Saturday, 2021.3.27)
[Morning Entry]

...ON DIET/ENERGY.. a week of no gluten bread.. how did it feel?—pretty “clean”, light, easy.. unintentionally, I fasted eggs as well.. a notable mention is that I felt fatigued Wednesday through Friday.. so here I am thinking the gluten fast was great, and the egg fast was unsustainable, personally.. Jen made daal on Wednesday—delicious, and my guy still feels wobbly the next day.. I’ve never had issues with beans or legumes before WL.. not sure what happened.. for now I’m avoiding the wobbly gut..
... THE WORK.. fixed two chainsaws yesterday.. one of them was on the repair shelf since I arrived, so that’s a great feeling.. the bar oil pump was not working, so I rebuilt it and it works now.. fascinating to see the innards of this contraption that we use near daily.. I feel so much more confident in wielding/troubleshooting it’s particulars.. there was a long period where I avoided all things mechanical.. yesterday was the breaking of that fast, and it was partly due to my low energy levels felt from lack of eggs.. ironic.. is there a BB for chainsaw maintenance/repair?
... today is Saturday, I want to work on three things to move my life forward.. file taxes (somewhat soul draining), polish some sticks (literally, and so soul building), clean my car out (soul-refreshing).. there’s also a meeting with paul at 10am which I’m attending..

...enjoy the pics~!

It looks like the bulkmailer did a glitch thing, where it combined the links with the parentheses around them.

So https://permies.com/wiki/brk became https://permies.com/wiki/brk)

and https://permies.com/forums/pm/sendTo/167341 became https://permies.com/forums/pm/sendTo/167341).

When you remove the ) and . from the url, they work. Thank you for spotting this and reporting it! Next time I'll put spaces after the links to keep them away from those tricky parentheses!

Why yes there is      https://permies.com/wiki/127880/pep-tool-care/PEP-BB-tool-straw-cleanandoil#1008319

There's also one for a quick sharpening job, a thorough sharpening job and a thorough review of a particular chainsaw

POST 221 (DAY 231, Sunday, 2021.3.28)
[Morning Entry]

... challenge comes when we’re ready.. easier said than felt.. overwhelm can appear in word or deed, or both.. sometimes there’s seem no warning, and suddenly an erupting emotion happens.. what is it like to be human?.. well, I’m a bit of an alien myself, but I’ve witnessed this kind of behavior in others as well as myself.. whenever I watch these cats being cats, I remember that it’s okay.. it’s all okay.. I wish pain didn’t hurt so much.. I wish change was easier than it is sometimes.. “perspective,” a friend told me recently..
... enjoy the pics~!!!
