... grateful for gratitude.. Alan Booker led the first day of PDC class with gratitude for Gaia and nature..
... grateful for a day of sitting.. it was surprisingly refreshing to be a student again in a sit down classroom setting ..
... grateful for served meals.. I think this is truly one of my favorite gifts to receive.. probably to offer others also..

... grateful for all my experiences so far.. been some ups and downs.. physically, emotionally, spiritually.. whether it’s up or down there’s a lesson that builds the character and points to the champion.. in retrospect it’s always worth it..
... grateful for fond connections.. not much happens without relationship.. without the gut biome, the human super organism cannot survive.. (one factoid from yesterday’s class)..
... grateful for wool clothing..
