.... example of grace.. grace in this case being undeserved favor.. a friend of mine brought up the topic of grace and the homeless/unhoused.. who am I to say what these folks do or do not deserve..? .. here we all are on this watery rock, floating along the river of the galaxy Milky Way.. I’m pointing a finger—why is this such a powerful urge? (To condemn or judge..) where’s the powerful urge to love unconditionally?

I'm so glad they made it, and the chocolate didn't melt too much! I found a bar that I'd accidently left in the car, and it had totally melted out of it's wrapper, and I had nightmares that the same would happen to yours!

.... not much for words these days.. might need more exercise.. it’s been at least a couple months since I did my jog-push-up routine.. in the past I’ve numbed my pain with substitutes instead of being still with the pain.. being still with it is less taxing on my liver..

.... back to Bootcamp .. yesterday was a long day in zoo town.. we left at 5:30am and got back about 12 hours later.. whew~!.. lots of good conversation and figuring things out.. there were three delayed flight times, an air conditioning malfunction which led to a hot-car grumpies, a missing green usb cable and the man who was trekked across town to find it..got some ice cream to beat the heat.. I guess I’m not so into mint and chip anymore.. something a bit more chocolatey and less minty is what I craved, half way down the pint..
