POST 286 (DAY 296, Tuesday, 2021.6.1)
[Evening Entry]
... grateful for two way conversation.. M hung out with me to celebrate sawmill success.. we chatted endlessly, meaningfully.. I was fed with more than sweet potato fries that night.. P meets me in a conversation like no one else in my life really does.. we talk about buckets of crazy and being our magnificent selves.. the food seems abundant here.. I just have to seek it out..
... grateful for gentle souls.. growing up around startling bouts of rage and hostility in the home, safety wasn’t really a known concept for me.. I just knew it was uncomfortable.. I sought something without really know what it was.. gentleness seems to abound and thrive here..
... grateful for quiet evenings, still warm from the day’s baking sun.. we milled lumber under the shade of a wonderful canopy setup.. drinking lots of water and spreading the skill of milling usable lumber from a fresh cut log (dried for a few months).. the opportunity to learn a skill seems to be one of the amazing fruits of Wheaton LabsBootcamp...
... Enjoy the pics ~!!!
