Raspberry leaf infusion for general winter health and especially mouth and urinary tract.

Infused overnight and hoping this helps with menstrual cramps!

I feel like I should have been taking this tea my whole pregnancy! Well, better late than never. I picked these leaves from my friend's garden patch, then brought some right home to make a big batch of tea. Yes, I am drinking it by the quart, currently. Trying to hasten a safe labor and delivery!

A double whammy: doing some mending with a nice raspberry leaves infusion. From our yearling plant in the garden, which seems to have settled nicely enou1gh to start harvesting leaves.
