I had a hinge in my office that needed cleaning and greasing. I used bacon grease for this and it worked extremely well.

For this badge bit, I used this product: https://a.co/d/dr9barz WD-40 Specialist Protective White Lithium Grease Spray with SMART STRAW SPRAYS 2 WAYS, 10 OZ based on what other posters had used. The pictures show each of the hinges before greasing, an action shot and the finished hinges with excess wiped off. I went ahead and did the rest of the exterior doors in the house since it was so easy. The hard part was not getting the grease everywhere with the spray can.

I went with food-based fat, rather than lithium grease. Some Plant Butter, because that is what I had on hand. Solid at room temperature.

I have never greased hinges before but I think the cabinet appreciated it.
I used 100% Coconut oil to take care of these hinges, it has been warm lately so it is liquid right now. I guess that means it can be distributed easier.

This is one set of hinges that`ll never bother anyone again with their squeak. (until they start squeaking again)

Now that winter is here, it's time for more maintenance around the homestead. All doors hinges where due. I used white solid lithium grease for that, it did a good job.

Edit: here two final picture that shows the pins in their proper place in the hinges.

BBV price: 0
Note: This requirement is a bit ambiguous: "   - the greased door hinges".  One could interpret your pictures of the greased hinge pins as meeting this requirement, but I think the intention of this requirement is to show the entire hinge including the reinstalled hinge pin and any showing that any extra grease is cleaned up Adding one more picture after all completed should meet this requirement without any ambiguit..

Staff note (gir bot) :

Note: I hearby certify this complete.  Thanks for the adding the requested pictures to remove any ambiguity.

My master bathroom door squeaks. That's a problem! Because at night, it risks waking up my baby when I go potty. No, no no! So I went to the hardware store and got this white lithium grease to fix the issue.

Ok so tested all the doors in my home and only one was squeaky, and on that door, it was only one of the hinges squeaking.
This is one of only two older doors in my home where the hinge has been painted over many years ago with white paint.
Was able to pry the pin up and out of the lower hinge with my nails (the bottom is closed on this hinge).
Rubbed ghee all over the pin and inside the hinge itself. Slid the pin back into the hinge and tapped it down with the bottom of the ghee bottle.
Retested the door and the squeak is gone!
