Made eggs for breakfast this morning so I thought I would get this BB done!

Here is the video:

Not much to clean up. I just used a small piece of paper towel to wipe up the extra grease and threw it in the fire.

I recently bought my first cast iron skilled which was 4800 THB or 140 US$ and didn't season it due to lack of knowledge.
As picky young boy I hated grandma's "old dirt pan" but the eggs she made were always crispy underside which I really love.

I found this post now and off cause too late.
I carried that 32 cm big heavyweight on my motorbike home and took a steak with me which turned out absolute top of the notch.
Awakening memories I fried also a few breakfasts with egg and bacon in it..

today I see seasoning your skillet first.
Ouuuuuhhh, did I spoil mine already on its first days??
Staff note (Mike Barkley) :

No, it's still good. Clean it then season it. Keep it well seasoned & it will last several lifetimes.

Here is my first time frying an egg in my fairly new skillet (only used it less than ten times). I also definitely need to increase my strength as lifting it with one hand was more challenging than I realised!

My first time cooking an egg sunny-side-up in a cast iron!  The video links are attached!  https://youtube.com/shorts/KcwxC21RtdI?feature=share  https://youtube.com/shorts/HZSMCQRqUEM?feature=share
Staff note (Mike Barkley) :

Those videos say they are private. We need to be able to watch them in order to verify your BB. Also, something went wonky with the way the links are displayed. Please edit & try adding them again if possible.

I fried a couple of eggs for my breakfast in a Wagner cast iron skillet that I inherited from my grandmother. I started out with a pat of bacon grease and heated the pan. As you can see in the video, the pan performed beautifully. Here is a link to the video of the eggs sliding around: https://photos.app.goo.gl/wexrxgXmPEPacbF69

The pictures show the finished eggs with salt and pepper and the pan being wiped out with a paper towel which will go in the burn bin.

A tip for others: I balanced the phone in the microwave above the stove in order to get the shot of the eggs sliding.
