Maybe you should re-do the BB when you DO have something that needs de-greasing. What do you use for washing greasy things at the moment?

From the perspective of someone interested in using skip to find people to hire, about 50% of the value is the person showing they can read and follow the instructions.

Hence why I sought clarity, rather than assumed. I think that, so far, qualifying for 8/9 BB's shows that reading & following instructions isn't an issue. ^-^ . Nicole linked me to the edge cases thread, & loads of other useful information, like the BB Refinement thread.
I'm also seeking out some biodegradeable soap so that I can re-do it as it says. Apologies for making more work for the staff. I will try to avoid edge cases in the future.

I emptied the prewash station at the PTJ event.  The bin easily has 3 gallons in it.  The Wheaton Labs soap is Oasis dishwashing liquid

I used the prewash water from the dishwashing station at Wheaton Labs to water a hugelmound.

Every day we (my partner and/or I) wash the dishes by hand. We usually have to do this a few times each day. As I've described in nest.sand.dishes, I collect the water in pans sat at the bottom of the pile in the sink. I've recently (thanks to various BBs) started taking that collected water and storing it in a big bucket (which holds 3 gallons - see greywillow.sand.showerwater) for use on the garden and flushing the toilet.

The soap we use is Ecover washing up liquid. We re-fill the same container at a local store. It is plant based, completely biodegradable (see link below) and very ethical.

The bucket measures a little over the following: 11" x 9" x 9" (to the line) giving a volume of slightly over 3 gallons. I go into slightly more detail in greywillow.sand.showerwater.

I've included a shot of a dishpan that I used in the Wash Dishes by Hand BB. This is how I've been collecting the water. This then gets poured into the big bucket from the other photographs. I filled this and an assortment of other vessels whilst washing up.

I've included three shots showing the bucket at various stages of full. One bucket-load was almost 3 gallons (it would have been if it was up to the line). The others were a little less than a gallon apiece. In total I estimate that I used 4.5 gallons.

There are photos of me watering various parts of my garden, including the Wine Cap mushroom bed (which is woodchip with a bed of mycelium beneath it). A mycologist friend of mine recently told me that if I give it a really good watering it will probably start fruiting soon.

There are also photos of the set-up in my bathroom where I use the collected greywater for flushing the toilet.

This took a couple weeks because I don’t have a real dishpan (so it took several loads) and I kept forgetting to take the right pictures.

I’m using Bronner’s liquid soap, but they don’t assert anything about being greywater-safe, but I see lots of lists on the internet saying it is and it seems like an accepted thing here, so I’ll include the picture of it but I’m not sure what to link to.
