I wasn't sure how well this would work for me.  I have cast iron cookware but it's not my favorite and I don't have much experience with them.
My normal is stainless steel without oil or butter.  I broke out my tiny cast iron skillet...not too intimidating.  I cleaned it up by warming it, greasing
it and wiping it out.  Once ready, I applied a pat of butter with a metal spatula to the hot skillet.  When the butter was melted I added an egg.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
 - you must use a cast iron skillet
 - you must cook an egg on the skillet, and it must be able to slide around

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, you must provide:
  - a ten second long video showing the egg sliding around the pan
  - pics (or video) of the pan cleanup

Clarifications:
- All food prep and preservation BBs strictly prohibit plastic, teflon or aluminum touching the food at any point

After I cooked the one egg, the wife wanted to make a bunch of scrambled eggs for our dinner. The pan after looks worse than it was to clean!

Fried an egg in leftover bacon grease. Then stuck it in a tortilla. Yummy!

(Let's hope this video embeds correctly. First time I've tried it.)
