This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Plumbing.

In this Badge Bit, you will install an instant bidet on a toilet.  (Note that this BB is part of a 6-part choose your own adventure list BB called the Tiny List. You must complete six Badge Bits in the Tiny List.)

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
   - install an instant bidet

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, you must provide:
   - a before picture of the toilet
   - an after picture of the toilet with the instant bidet
   - an action shot showing the instant bidet works
   - OR a 2-minute video of you doing this and showing it works

I installed one of the in-toilet bidets before this badge bit was avaiable. It works well, but I don’t like cleaning around it. This time I thought I’d try a hand-held bidet.

Hello everyone,
Here is my submission for this badge bit. I found a hand held bidet for the task.
Toilet mechanism was also broken and leaky and needed replacing, that was done at the same time.
Have a nice day,
Oliver

Purchased this a while back just now getting to install it.
Took a little longer due to having to remove toilet because of small bathroom and replacing wax ring but got it done.

We have babies in the house and fabric diapers. So it's high time for a bidet for cleaning purposes. I was quite pleased at the ease of assembly!

It's a shame that bidets aren't more common in the USA. They can really cut down on the quantity of showers that are necessary in a week. This is the fourth and last toilet that was converted to a bidet so I'm glad that I got the necessary photos before it was too late!

Wow! I'm so excited! I got a bidet from a friend who almost never used it and didn't want it anymore. Its has a hot and a cold supply line. I'm a little nervous about grinding a hole in my sink cabinet. But it worked out ok. (You should have seen me fishing a drill behind the non-removable drawer and leaning in just right!)

I am looking forward to trying it! I heard it's marvelous during that female shark week.

Hey PEP-folks,
It's taken a while to get this badge, since our old house had these installed from time immemorial, and wit seemed silly to de- and re-install just to get a badge bit. But our new house did not have any (older folks lived here, we have kids with diapers and potties to wash out).

So, here it is: the pre-install, the up-close of the installed tee, and the action shot. Yay.

Happy homesteading,
Mark
