I ground wheat and nixtamalised corn into flours. I nixtamalised the corn and ran it through a meat grinder prior to dehydrating it, which is why it looks weird in this picture (process here)

I was very fortunate to win a KoMo Classic Grain mill and today I tried it out. It is fast and noisy, but I have no complaints. The flour smells amazing, it makes me think regular flour is dead in comparison. I milled enough flour for two loaves of bread. I also milled 2 cups of brown rice as I like to use it as a final dusting on my bread. Here are the pictures. The jar is a 1 pint bell jar.

Grain #1 Hard White Wheat Berries- We grind on the finest setting, sift out the bran, then grind about half of it again and add back in. The rest of the bran we save for muffins and oatmeal.
Grain #2 Oats- First time trying oats and our mill did not like them at all so I went just a bit more than the 2 cups needed.

Please note that ALL food prep BBs strictly prohibit plastic, teflon or aluminum touching the food during the cooking or storage process.

This includes food that came in plastic containers from the store, ziplock bags, plastic cooking utensils like spoons, spatulas, teflon pans, etc.

The end goal is to move toward cooking from own-grown ingredients and similar sources and using PEP principles (for example sustainable and non-toxic materials) as much as possible.

Some BB submissions are being grandfathered in, but we are moving toward more strict enforcement of this policy.

I used a hand grinder to grind oat groats to oat flour and hard red wheat berries to whole wheat flour, with an added plus of grinding my teeth while I was at it for ~3hrs. I highly advise an electric device like the brilliant people who submitted before me.

Yay! The mill I brought got some use!!
If folks try to use this in the future, I find setting the mill lower really helped.
Rather than the counter, I'd give it a shot on the table instead.

When I was using it at home, I used a former computer desk ~30inches tall with a little shelf right below the table top.
This kept my shoulder in a comfortable position and my elbow at about 90degrees.

Here's some more info on the Samap mill notice he operates this even lower, below his waist:
